I am writing this book to tell my stories of living on the street, and how the Lord Jesus Christ got me off the streets. He brought me out of the pits of hell and to a place of peace in my soul.

As I am writing, I feel like I am living in a palace compared to living on the streets. I still think about the streets daily, especially when I am writing about it. That is also what I love about my Lord, how He got me off the streets and blessed my life as it is today. I am around street people daily because of my business. Sometimes I can relate to them better than with people that are not on the streets.

People should take time out of their busy schedules, and for just one day, or even a week, sleep out on the streets. It would open their eyes wide. They would see how society treats people who have no homes and barely anything else. I know, because I have been there before for a long time, off and on. I’ve had places, apartments, motel rooms, couches, floors, tents, and vehicles. I even bought a trailer, fixed it up and lived in it. I rented it out, then sold it. That is the blessed life. The Lord has given me a gift to write, and to share my experience, strength, and hope with you in my stories and thoughts.

God bless you.
